About

National Flag Foudation (NFF)

With roots dating back to 1898 NFF was organized as the National Flag Foundation in Pittsburgh in 1968. Headquartered in the celebrated Flag Plaza, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, NFF is a national, nonpartisan, non-profit educational organization governed by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

For over forty years, NFF has provided patriotic education solutions to millions of Americans. They have worked with students, teachers, organizations and businesses to provide answers and to reinvigorate Americans with love for our country and honor for our flag and responsible citizenship.

Their mission is to make available U.S. flag etiquette and citizenship information to all Americans and to provide engaging and effective classroom resources that teach and motivate young Americans to be responsible citizens of good character with love for their country and respect for the United States Flag and other standards of citizenship.

G-20 is an opportunity for NFF to add to its long history of community support in the Pittsburgh region while being consistent with its educational mission.
